Artwork Guidelines

Canva Artwork

We do not recommend using free or trial versions of design platforms like Canva as they are not reliable for commercial use.
The free versions are limited, and the artwork appears correct if displayed on a screen, but the final product might not match the version you see on your screen.
We do not take responsibility for fonts or transparency issues for artwork created with the free Canva version.

Submitting Your Artwork
Please supply all artwork in vector PDF format, either Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw open files with all fonts converted to curves or fonts used in your branding.
Flattened Photoshop files as well as Microsoft Publisher files are also excepted.

Colour Match - Proof
If you have a specific paper choice or colour that we need to match, please ASK for printed proof to ensure we deliver a product that matches your expectations.

Terms’s & Condition’s

Orders Processing
  • Orders can take up to 5 working days to process before they are ready for collection. If you require a product by a specific date, be sure to communicate this to us directly.
  • Digital orders are anything from 3 to 7 working days depending on the specifications.
  • Any signage and large-format-related products take up to 10 working days to ensure quality and longevity.
  • Custom orders may take longer to process.
  • No orders will be processed without a deposit and PROOF OF PAYMENT IS REQUIRED, in order to proceed with printing.
  • Products will NOT BE RELEASED without proof of payment.
Proofs

Please read your proof carefully and mark all changes or corrections clearly, as we cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions not clearly shown.

Artwork Charges
  • A fee of R450 will be charged for each item designed, which is not supplied to us according to the correct specifications.
  • A fee of R250 will be charged for Minor setup.
  • There is a charge for preliminary work requested by you, whether experimental or otherwise.
Colour

Whilst we make every effort to do so, exact colour matching is not guaranteed. If you are colour specific, please provide us with a hardcopy colour sample, in order for us to match the colour as close as possible.

T-Shirt Printing

T-shirt printing and Lamination are done at the client’s own risk.

Urgent Jobs

Rush jobs will be done entirely at the client’s own risk. We have standard lead times to ensure we have enough time for proofing and finishing. Should you not give us said time to do so, and errors occur, prints will be billed to your account for payment.
